Refund policy

For an item to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition in which you received it. The product must be in the original packaging and you must have the order number from where you placed your order through our website. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product to Lunatic Racing Team, LLC. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

If the decision has been made that a return is permitted, we must receive the product within ten calendar days. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status that we have received the returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or via the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Lunatic Racing Team, LLC retains the right to withhold 5% of the total transaction if a refund, return or exchange is deemed valid.
